Train your mind to increase performance

We go to school and learn data. We go to work and perform a task. We play a game and will either win or lose. But we aren’t 2 Dimensional beings. Things aren’t simply black and white for us.

We are defined by our depth and range of colors called emotions. Learning how to understand these emotions and how they activate within us is key. If we learn how to manifest this key, we have the potential to unlock doors to amazing experiences.

    “Parrish’s understanding of emotional intelligence and his ability to relate this information to athletes is exceptional.  I sat in on three (3), two (2) hour sessions with our student-­athletes when he spoke to them and I was amazed at his ability to relate to each of the groups.
