As a solution-based development partner, TMC can create, customize or convert training content to accommodate any type of delivery method to include Instructor led, On-line or Computer based training.

Taylor-Made Concepts, Inc. offers a unique business model that continues to adapt to our client/market demands. There is a unique service/product offering each complimenting the overall corporate mission of establishing long-term trust.

Taylor-Made Concepts, Inc was founded in April of 1993 in Alexandria, Louisiana. What started as a small one-man consulting firm, TMC has now grown and adapted into an experienced development partner for creating and customized training programs.

In July of 1997, TMC moved into their new 3800 square foot facility, complete with an in-house production studio. Client demands and technology advances continued to change the way employers trained their employees. It was at this time, additional investments were made into production technology as well as the in-house talent pool. As online learning (eLearning) gained in popularity, it was not longer after that the programmers and application designers joined the TMC team development team.

In the last few years, TMC has increased its client base and more than doubled annual revenues. Presently, TMC continues to invest in the redevelopment of their Lineman training program while enjoying client relationships across many different vertical industries.
