As a service provider the performance appraisal reflects how Taylor Made Concepts, LLC compares to other suppliers in an international network of consulting firms. The performance appraisal surveys are conducted by a third party vendor which gathers qualitative data from clients to compile several different statistics. Our firm is then evaluated on six different criteria, each receiving a rating between 1 and 5. Using the criteria and scale of measurement the performance appraisals consistently validate meeting and exceeding the client’s scope of work.
