In 2022 – CST Tri-City Venture on the Meta Facebook project in Dekalb, IL contacts to support a new frontline supervisor’s leadership initiative.  Over 125 frontline field supervisors attended a series of custom design – two (2) hour workshops over a four month people.  Scope of work includes EQ assessments, classroom education on human performance and emotional intelligence, and one on one coaching.
