2022
CST Tri-City Venture
In 2022 – CST Tri-City Venture on the Meta Facebook project in Dekalb, IL contacts to support a new frontline supervisor’s leadership initiative.  Over 125 frontline field supervisors attended a series of custom design - two (2) hour workshops over a four month people.  Scope of work includes EQ assessments, classroom education on human performance and emotional intelligence, and one on one coaching.
HPP For Electrical Contractor
In 2021 – Electrical contractor contacts to support an enterprise wide strategy to implement human performance and emotional intelligence.  Scope of work included executive decision making on standard operating procedures, workforce training, education and development standards and content.
National Tactical Officers Association
In 2021– National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA) and Texas Tactical Police Officers Association (TTPOA) send request for proposals.  This course originally offered virtually is now offered annually with both associations.
2021
Virtual Tactical EQ4
In 2021 – Commander Thomas Intrieri with the Mesa Police Department attends a virtual Tactical EQ4 Policing course and requests support to reform their training academy.  Additional scope of work includes customizing a new EQ-Fit For Duty Questionnaire for pre-qualifying candidates for the academy.
International Association of Chiefs of Police
In 2020 – International Association of Chiefs of Police contact requesting emotional intelligence content and subject matter experts.  The scope of work includes delivery of the Tactical EQ4 Law Enforcement Basic Level 1 course to Police Departments Internationally.  The course supports the new reform to improve performance, health and wellness within our law enforcement community.
NECA National
In 2020 – NECA National request for proposal introduces our human performance and emotional intelligence concepts virtually during the pandemic.  Positive impact leads to new and exciting opportunities to participate in Nashville, TN, Austin, TX and Philadelphia, PA.
2020
Eversource
In 2020 – Eversource contacts regarding a new outside line initiative to develop journeyman into leadership / mentors for young apprentice, in turn allowing more time supervised with hands-on experience.  The Tactical EQ4 Human Performance Course was delivered to a select group of supervisors over a three (3) state geography (NH, VT, MA).  This course continues to add value today as Eversource continues to apply the best practices of human performance - investing in the right person in the right seat.
2019
National Grid
In 2019 – National Grid contacts after conducting a cultural assessment.  Primary objective is to design, develop and deliver a course that would educate targeted Electric Utility operators specific to the task of “switching”.  KPI’s at the time were directly impacted over a series of classroom education and custom field tools.  Since this time, National Grid has implemented the Tactical EQ4 Human Performance (Lesson 01) enterprise-wide.
Electric Training Alliance
In 2018 – Electric Training Alliance (ETA) partners to develop an online human performance part 2 course to include emotional intelligence.  Course content was latter developed into an instructor led course supporting the annual JATC Train the Trainer event, The National Training Institute delivered in Ann Arbor, MI.

Incident Prevention
In 2018 – based on aligning with industry stakeholder Incident Prevention and new client relationships in the Northeastern US, TMC’s Tactical EQ4 Electrical Utilities becomes an anticipated new course offering for 2019 within the IBEW / NECA Apprenticeship Training Program.
2017
Distraction Training
In 2017 a new client relationship in the Electric Utility sector developed a new EQ based course:  Distraction Training – The Technical Skill of Concentration.  This course has been delivered to frontline craft and trades delivering a very simple approach to improve performance.  Adaptations to the course have created a train the trainer version for organizations to begin implementing into various job-titles.
2015
EQ4LawEnforcement
In 2015 TMC introduced the Tactical EQ4 Law Enforcement Training – a custom designed course for law enforcement and first responders. The core curriculum of the M.E.T. program has been adapted to meet the high-pressure demands of law enforcement to include key training to support officer survival skills, and performance under pressure.
2014
Crossing Borders
In 2014 Oil & Gas clients contacted from a new industrial project in Carmon Creek, Canada.  The project enabled TMC to expand into an international market place with new relationships and opportunities to serve.
2013
Mental5 is written
In 2013 our founding director – Parrish Owen Taylor became a nationally published author with his first book – Mental5. A first edition focus on athletes – the 2nd edition has since been modified for general use and included in a new series of emotional intelligence training products. 2010
HPP Is Born
In 2010 the firm reached another major growth milestone when designing an innovative video solution for a client in the Oil & Gas sector. The Human Performance Platform (HPP; formerly the VCP – Visual Communication Platform). This video design remains a primary business line for TMC and has since been duplicated on multiple construction projects in both the US and Canada.  Now in it’s 9 version of best practices and lessons learned when implementing on large industrial construction projects.
2008
EQ4Athletes
In 2008 TMC entered into the Sports and Athletics market. Maintaining a focus on emotional intelligence training and development TMC designed and developed our first full length course curriculum, The Mental & Emotional Training (M.E.T.) program. TMC enjoys delivering the M.E.T. and custom workshops for many different stakeholders to include Owners, Directors, High Performance Teams, Athletic Coaches, Trainers and Athletes at all competitive levels.
2004
Recognized by Louisiana Workforce Commission
In 2004 The Louisiana Workforce Commission recognized TMC as one of the first private training providers under the Incumbent Workers Training Program (IWTP & SBET).  As an authorized agent of the state TMC works directly with Louisiana employers to determine skill gaps and provide comprehensive training solutions that are funded by the IWTP/SBET guidelines. TMC offers turn-key solutions to include employee needs assessments, grant writing and administration and training.
1997
Taylor-Made Plaza
In July of 1997 TMC moved into our current facility located in the heart of Central Louisiana. It was at this time TMC became a competent innovator in online learning in the Electric Utility sector. Strategically, TMC established national relationships with other content-providers to strengthen our position in providing turn-key training solutions.  By expanding our training product line TMC was able to offer multiple training disciplines to include technical, compliance, team-building and leadership training.

Taylor-Made Concepts, LLC was originally founded in April of 1993 in Alexandria, Louisiana. What started as a small entrepreneur’s dream has now grown into an international service provider in the field of human performance.
