TMC developed a custom eLearning solution for Pike Electric which included converting the client’s existing training materials into a series of 48 interactive CD presentations, as well as converting the content for online learning using TMC’s proprietary LMS (learning management system).
The Interactive CD presentations were utilized in a blended-learning model as an aid for instructors in the classroom. Lesson retention and classroom participation increased by blending interactive elements such as images, quizzes, and video. A new and innovative way to train a technically-hands-on craft remotely and geographic spread out across the country.
An online approach was also developed that trained and tracked employee performance through a proprietary Career Development Program. With a focus on eliminating paperwork, the management tools developed enabled the client to quickly retrieve critical data for analysis.

This project was successfully completed and deployed on the client’s internal servers and lead to additional design and development contracts to include one grant funded project by the Louisiana Workforce Commissions.
