The client requested a custom eLearning solution – a custom learning management system supported by unique tracking and content features. The scope included converting existing training materials and implementing the ability to track certifications, and standardize the record keeping process using the local LMS solution (Baton Rouge, LA).

The client looked to improve their ability to test and track training data for employee learning and development. The five client’s regional offices utilized eAccess™ (TMC’s proprietary learning management system) to begin testing and tracking employee learning throughout the region.

Project was successfully implemented in 2008.
